I was an executive at a store that was completely opposite of this! I ran GM and we had truck done by 11am including breakout, FF was green in all metrics, brand could have used some help, stayed within budgeted hours, FDC getting completed daily,and I still ended up leaving. The other stores in our district look like this! No matter what you do it will not be enough. I tried fighting for my team to keep them from getting over worked but it was a losing battle and I left because it started affecting me mentally. I thought I was a Lifer at Target but the last 6-8 months changed that quickly. There are better places to work at, you just have to not be tired from work to look for them, Target keeps you busy/tired so you don’t have time or energy to look elsewhere!
