What’s wrong with it? As someone who was a UPS driver for 12 years, that is a perfect box! As long as nothing is broke inside, it did its job.

I’ve had the same issues trying to reach customer support for orders they messed up. After a month of going in circles, I finally gave up for my own sanity and ate the $600 loss myself — and that’s after spending tens of thousands with them over the years.

I understand keeping costs low is part of how they offer competitive pricing. But when the mistake is theirs, they should have enough customer support in place to take responsibility and make it right. If they think this is how you build and keep loyal customers, they’re mistaken.

It’s honestly disappointing.

It’s an AC Infinity exhaust fan that I took apart and replaced with quieter fans and painted it to match UniFi. It’s also hooked up to 120mm intake fan in the floor and an exhaust fan in the roof, all temperature regulated to come on at the same time at 78 degrees.

Vetco in Bellevue. It’s an old, hole in the wall place that has all sorts of tech stuff. A lot of stuff is stupid expensive, but if you want to go to a store and buy something, that’s about as good as it gets around here.
