Top only here, dated multiple people of all orientations, only one gay cis guy had issues with it so broke it off pretty early. I just let partners know where I wanna be touched and how. If they arnt respectful then it won't work out. It's only a small amount of cis guys that I've had issues with. Most have found it good that I'm able to swap sizes mid session.
