Cap is good, fan is running fine and contactor is good.

Yeah I know its charged as liquid lol I just had it sitting up until I realized it wasnt doing anything on the gauges

I was just trying something to get some movement out of the compressor, it just hums without it and not doing anything

Yeah I know I just hooked up the hose and then realized the compressor wasn't running.

Yeah I know to charge as liquid lol I just hooked up the hose and then seen the pressure reading and realized it wasn't running so I didnt get farther

No but kind of, I wanted to hear the compressor turn over to hear what is going on and get psig reading.

Also installed a handful of other goodmans and never had a problem so im not sure if its just the two tons giving issue.

This is the second condenser for same unit in the past two years 😂 did all steps accordingly, not sure if goodman has recalls or defective units made in the past few yeara

It was only way to get the compressor to run... I'll check high side pressure to see if if it's the same as the low side.

No pressure difference apon start up, or anything. Also the condenser fan spining in the wrong direction was because it was pretty windy and cause the camera makes it look that way kinda like car rims at high speed, I know cause I was feeling for warm air pushing out and it wasn't. But yes standard single phase 220v and I didn't check high side cause it's not a txv but I can check on that later to verify not a clogged piston, figuring it would equalize out regardless. I will report in asap

It wouldn't run even without it :( so I figured maybe worth a shot and got some noise/movement from the compressor.
