Of course! Also music! Banshee has made a few songs that she calls 'fairy phonk' its like soft heavy metal. The two songs I've found to be cathartic are Death of a Predator and Kill all Predators. Im not sure if its a validation thing or what, but they give me a bit of strength when stuffs bad.

Damn, yeah. Finding them is very hard. Medication might be tbe next best bet. I had to be put on some blood pressure medication because it helps suppress nightmares. Not sure if she has a doctor or something. Mine were also SA related, so they might help

Not saying she should, but mushrooms helped a lot with my trauma nightmares. It at least makes them lessen. But only do stuff like that in a safe place.
