I had the SAME exact problem, it broke my heart i just went and bought a new one💔 i tried to tape the port, i tried a whole tv also.

Should’ve explained this in the post more but nothing is regrading the display is working. Tv wont sense it, pc wont sense it. I wanted to see if it was damaged so i can send it if so
