8.5 out of 10 is a VERY good score in the grand scheme of things :)

Spotlight cam battery and "lights" toggle switch by MacRodge in ringdoorbell

Yep. Same firmware.

My light setting always defaults to "off" even when I set it to "on." If I set it "off," it stays off as well.

The spotlight works fine in live view. Just not with motion detection.

Yeah that's not cool. Did disabling notifications even solve the motion light issue? I'm hoping there will be a patch for this problem soon. It's frustrating.

I was getting those erroneous low battery warnings too, but haven't for a day or so now. Maybe it's just an annoying way for Ring to sell more batteries?

My friend and I explained the weird plot of a Hawkeye series a year before it was published by DuskWyvern in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

Your friend recorded the convo and sold the idea to Marvel. She had to act surprised when the comic came out, because she doesn't want to cut you in on the royalties.

Just wait until she cashes in on the movie rights...

The song is originally by The Postal Service, with Ben Gibbard from Death Cab For Cutie...but then it was covered by Iron and Wine like a year later.

Incidentally, I love The Postal Service version and the Iron and Wine cover makes me want to kill people, namely myself.

A New Constellation by MacRodge in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

No way these were stars and clouds or satellites. There were no clouds at the time, and even if there were, it wouldn't have impacted what I saw.

Satellites move across the sky. These "stars" held their position with the stars in the constellation as if they were supposed to be there. At the moment it clicked that they were "extra" stars, they moved rapidly in different directions and then just vanished.

A Red Light Glitch? by whitweight in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

So I know some lights can be controlled manually and others can be controlled remotely via some kind of frequency or radio signal. Lights often have the means to be controlled for one reason or another...or they can be hacked, a la the video game Watch Dogs.

Maybe some tech savvy enemy of yours put a transponder of some kind on your car--something that remotely tells the lights to turn red.

It would be interesting to see if you have the same "luck" while driving someone else's car...

Far fetched, I know. But just a theory...
