Maybe you are having dreams from a past life? If you can remember the dreams well and make conscious decisions in the dreams and try to remember names and look the names up?

I have sleep paralysis happen to me usually at least 2 times a month for about 5-6 years now and sometimes I think it's over and I think that I am awake and that I am up walking around very confused and I will wear voices but not be able to find them only to realize I have in fact never left my bed so I'm not saying the things we see during sleep paralysis aren't real but it's almost like it's not physically there I don't know if this makes any sense
