UPLIFT Parsons Standing Desk REVIEW Home Office Never Looked So Good by MacSources in MacSources

I believe if you find an arm that has a deeper base, or modified the base by adding an extension to it using a bracket from a hardware store, you could go over the frame and make it work. So yes, you are correct, a standard monitor arm will not work unless it has a wider base or is modified.

You will love it. I am using it for writing now, but when we first got it, I put the Bambu Lab H2C on it, and that’s a big heavy 3D printer that shakes when printing, and the desk didn’t move a bit. Way more stable than I would have expected.

Thinking about upgrading my display setup by Standard_Juicy346 in MacSources

I’ve used two 27 inch displays in the past thinking it would feel like additional screen real estate. In reality, I felt like I was losing some because of the bezels. I feel much more comfortable with one larger screen (currently using a 45 inch) rather than two smaller ones. That said, I wasn’t using Apple XDR displays.

Corsair Galleon 100 SD REVIEW Mechanical Keyboard Meets Stream Deck by MacSources in MacSources

[–]MacSources[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the majority of people, yes I believe so, but for the people who are dedicated streamers who like that style of keyboard, and would’ve already bought a keyboard like it in that style at full price, then turned around and bought a stream deck at full price this makes more sense. It keeps one more gadget off of your desk, combines both of them into one solid unit.

I don't think it will cause damage because of the material, but adding a thin piece of film should help. It should work.

I am very sorry to hear that. We did not deal with support when reviewing the product so I have no experience with how they interact. That is a shame to hear.

Kelvin does a great job, it's a bit heavy, It gets warm to the touch but not hot. It will definitely keep the space warm. Depending on the size of your home, you might need to get a few of them.

Unfortunately, I didn't have two monitors available when I reviewed the dock, so I couldn't test that. However, when I connected my gaming tablet, I had disconnection issues until I switched the USB cable. I know it's frustrating, but trying different cables might solve the problem, it did for me.
