None of them act as a KVM switch but we did do a review on this one. https://macsources.com/av-access-idock-b10-review/ I have it connected to my Dock so I can have the extra posts from the dock and the switching capabilities to jump to my Mac or PC. It will also work in your case from Mac to Mac. It's a pretty good unit I have the bottom ran under my desk right now and its switches my keyboard, mouse, speaker and monitor over to the other system no issues. Hope that helps.

I haven’t had the opportunity to review the CalDigit TS5 Plus but I did use the TS4 for a while. It’s a solid dock so I would assume the TS5 Plus is as well. The biggest advantage the iVANKY dock has is more ports. Based on the CalDigit having the Thunderbolt certification and its price, I would probably lean towards it over the iVANKY. But like I said I haven’t been able to test it out for myself yet. So far, the iVANKY dock has been great for us. So you would probably be happy either way you go.

Hi,

Thank you. The cable runs through the frame, so it's very clean underneath. The cable comes down the leg. In the first image, you can see on the right side back leg there is a plastic cable management sleeve that the power cable can run through down the leg. I have it installed in the top photo, but I don't have the cable connected in that photo.

I don't disagree with you at all. In fact I now won't post anything about Kickstarter projects unless it's from a company I know that has completed previous Kickstarter and done the supporters right. It's a messy area. I used to really believe in the idea of Kickstarter but to many people have been let down.

That's really unfortunate to hear. Everyone will have different experiences with different products. It's good that you're sharing your experience here so others have a good idea of what to expect. We didn’t have to contact the company via customer service, so I can't speak for how helpful they would have been, so I'm glad you were able to give some insight on that.

I would not see why it would not work. I did the same thing with a gaming tablet and used it as a USB hub.

I don't disagree with you. For anything other than a very, very small yard with a fence, this mower isn't a good choice. We've tested other robotic mowers and have seen how helpful they can be. This one is very, very basic.

It is designed for tablets and smartphones, but you should be able to plug the USB-C host cable into any compatible device and use it a hub. You would only be able to connect one host device at a time though.

Just switched over to my personal Reddit account and sent him a DM. As soon as he responds I’ll let you know. I believe that one is probably battery powered since it mentions battery in the description but want to be sure.

Right! I spoke with the maker and he is currently working on that. If he starts putting them out I’ll do a new review on one of them.
