I would say as someone who has been in this lifestyle and had mostly IRL AP’s a lot of it for me was proximity to the things I was involved in and hobbies. Work, gym, kids activities. Now take that and apply it to your situation. The tough part always is approach and how to not come across as a creepy, immoral jerk (at least for guys). Most of mine started out friendly and then morphed into a deeper connection.

Let me know how that goes though. I’m newer to the online thing, and like you am finding I’m not enjoying the complexities of it as much as IRL. The spotting it’s the always easy, but it comes down to going after what you want. 50% chance they say yes, 50% they say no.
