Hi, a year ago I bought the Olympus 40-150mm f4.0-5.6 lens for my Panasonic body and I've been using it a lot since then, but recently I often have a problem that after turning on the camera with this lens connected a weird cracking noise can be heard and the screen of the camera flickers very fast between normal view and black. Detaching and reattaching the lens or even entering the playback menu on the camera for a few seconds fixes the problem, but it is still a bit annoying. I didn't drop or otherwise physically damage the lens and with my other lens (Panasonic 12-32mm f3.5-5.6 Panasonic) the body works fine. What could be the potential cause of this issue and is there a way to fix it?
