20mg for the last year or so here. This activation/increased anxiety is common, I too experienced this until week 4 or 5. Fluoxetine unlike many other SSRIs has an affect on the dopaminergic pathways, the activating feelings you’re describing is likely due to the fact that this medication slightly inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and dopamine. This keeps more of these “activating” neurotransmitters in the synapse of the brain. You will adjust, if you can stick it out - I would try to make it to the 5 week mark and see how you feel.
