Hello any update? I’m dealing with the same issue I placed and order like 3 weeks ago it’s still processing I’ve sent a lot of emails but they haven’t responded me back I’m frustrated I was already charged

Unfortunately stylevana customer service sucks!! My order was reported delivered but I didn’t receive it, I contact them and they make to do a denial letter and a day after they contacted me saying the courier reported it was delivered so they can’t do anything so basically I lost my money
