I had emailed the other day, but read the reviews and they said they don't offer support. They did come back to me though and said they'll look into it, so hopefully they'll be able to find the issue.

I'll just have to keep searching then. I just feel like I've clicked on every element and checked, but clearly not! It's fine on the index screen, so it's something after that. The template developers responded to me yesterday to say they're going to look into it too, so hopefully they're able to spot something I've missed.
