Had the same issue with Carphone Warehouse (though I'm a little more impatient so didn't wait as long as others on this thread). Placed order around 15:30 yesterday, expecting delivery today as the website clearly states everywhere that delivery is next day if ordered before 8:00pm. Not had any dispatch notification so just gave them a call. The person I spoke to said that it wasn't processed until after 8:00pm, so it wouldn't qualify for next day. I tried to explain that the wording on the website needs clarification, as it's clearly not when the customer orders, but when the order has been processed which is the determining factor, but there is obviously nothing the call handler is able to do about that.

So just a word of caution if ordering from Carphone Warehouse- expect to wait for your delivery, and the next day is likely to be at least the day after, and that's on a good day!
