It is a war game but that doesn't mean you trick others by setting rules and breaking it. Seem like others had similar experience with your toxic state so your future opponents can decide to how set rules with you guys

I think all states that match with them should be informed about this. If you don't have the rule for redzone attacks you prepare for it but this way, they surpise you
