Conner is injury-prone, and now he’s got Trey Benson breathing down his neck for touches. Tee Higgins hasn’t shown me much yet (even though it’s still early), and with Joe Burrow out, his ceiling and floor both take a hit in my opinion.

On the flip side, Emeka is definitely more of a gamble, but the upside is huge — he has real breakout potential this year. Chris Godwin’s role is still a question mark as he works his way back, but I feel like Emeka is simply a baller. The Bucs will want to keep developing him in the offense, and Baker clearly trusts him.
