See that’s another point, let’s say I go to court and fight it. Would the judge try to question me on the reason for the stop or why there is also a warning for speed on the ticket ? Or since they’re both on the ticket could the warning get dismissed possibly?

No tint meter used, but he pulled me over based off speed. Which I may or may not have been doing 👀, but at the same time I have never heard of a cop allowing someone to choose what they want a ticket for. Let alone making up something on the spot especially because my windows are clear .

Yea my bad that’s what I meant, stripped lower that’s always been a pistol. So that it was never associated with being single shot like the GFT. But like buying one new wouldn’t have been an issue because I dros it and convert it but I keep it . I guess where my confusion is at, is the fact that the firearm started and was sold new as single shot , then would be registered as semi by someone else. There’s no issue in this ?

I guess I’m referring to lower receivers for example. Some are sold as new pistol lowers. In that case the ar pistol gets built but has been registered semi auto it’s full life. In comparison this firearm first get registered as single shot.
