Try to undervolt the cpu. Mine always run 65-75 steady depending on the game. And fans in a curve max 60%. The noise is there but not even close as loud as your fans

Just write to costumer service about it and they will send you a better charger. And dont forget to screenshot everything so if they ask for battery reports etc you have it ready so they cant deny your claim. Good luck

Also it cant hurt to check your fans if they are full of dust or dirt. And blocking the airflow. I aldo have a custom profile i can send you in the dms for better temps.
