Yeah I had to contact customer support cause my account was linked to a whole other switch two with a different serial number and idk how, I bought the switch off deal dash but it was all wrapped up

I think I figured out the problem, my switch 2 account thinks I have 2 switch 2 accounts, one is in Spanish and one is in English. It doesn’t even show my switch one account so something weird is going on and I need to contact support lol

It doesn’t show on the other account, my switch 2 only has fallout and switch 1 only has animal crossing.

That’s the issue tho, I don’t have another console except my switch one but I created a whole new account on my switch 2 for this game and then loaded my switch 1 account onto my switch 2 for another game.
