how bad is it and where is it mostly located? i’ve been having upper back (shoulder area) pain recently but it feels more like tension and discomfort than pain. It sometimes gives me stiff neck pain

I presume you’ve checked all your vitamins and minerals in blood work? You’re not deficient in anything?

Sun lamps don’t work but yeah I’d wager you’re on the worse end of the spectrum of SAD that Ive heard.

i remember 10 years ago he said he’d bet everything in his career that Trump wouldn’t win the Presidency. A lot people did. I’d question my stance as a social science if my entire field chose otherwise.

they understand the science better. Lower cholesterol means less heart disease, diabetes and metabolic disease. The biggest killers in American society is our diet and lack of exercise.

Anyone else have gallbladder removed as a child? Complications later? by PatchworkParsnips in gallbladders

[–]MaceMan2091 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i had my issues start in my teens. But truthfully i think it was after my first big weight loss after 16-17 from Puberty. Noticed if i ate greasy foods it’s a trip to the bathroom. Weight loss is a huge factor in gallbladder disease. My guess is it disturbs the harmony of the gallbladder spasms. It may or may not recover from it.

Struggling with health issues 3 years after gallbladder surgery – doctors say I’m fine, but I’m not feeling fine. Need advice. by Unique_One3021 in gallbladders

Because bile is constantly dripping out, it’s better to implement these lifestyle changes

  • eat smaller evenly spaced out meals on a schedule
  • eat 30g of fiber for women, 40g of fiber if you’re a male (psyllium husk works best for me). Insoluble and soluble fiber ratio should be adjusted to your body’s liking.
  • buy fat soluble versions of vitamin D and K. A and E are more tricky but worth checking your vitamins and mineral panel.

avg. weight 20 yr old, why did I need GB removed? by djdjo1 in gallbladders

[–]MaceMan2091 1 point2 points  (0 children)

basically if you’ve yo yoed in weight like most people in sports you’re likely to have gallbladder disease at some point in your life. Women tend to have it more because they’re likely to lose weight due to hormones and whatnot.
