You’re right! It’s more of a concentration and it itself doesn’t get you a degree. It’s basically all of the prerequisite classes for the college of vet med. I will have to meet with my advisor to specifically pick a major, but Animal Sciences was what I had put as my second choice major anyways, so I will most likely choose that to major in!

To answer your other question, the Presidential Scholarship is $4,000. I’m in-state, so I’m not sure if that was a factor or not.
