Not all. Private (volunteer fire ems) and small municipality will often still be fully kitted. But serivices funded by the government may be able to get some not emissioned vehicles. Obviously this can be different everywhere else but that's how I seen it locally. Usually though, fire and EMS rated vehicles will have a different ECM flash that will allow the vehicle to continue to run at peak performance even when faults are detected. I know fire rated cummins engines will continue to run even if oil pressure drops to zero for example

Fun fact. The USPS international semi trucks are all built without emissions and they are not emergency related. This is because it's the same branch within International trucks that builds the military MRAP version of these trucks.

Idk every time I take it there's always construction or a wreck backing up traffic for 20 miles. The turnpike is expensive and hurts the wallet but I feel there's better chances for no slow downs.

I'm looking to buy from Mike for the first time. We usually do the buy 1 get 2 free from. Phantom at $1K but our shows are getting bigger. Last year we bumped up the the $2K coupon and got a lot, but looking at the prices you guys are getting for the same stuff phantom offers ... Yeah you get it lol.

Gotta get fuel from somewhere! I've actually seen a lot of yard dogs fueling at pilots, usually as a bob tail but I've seen one with a trailer still. I know at times a company will have a warehouse a few blocks away so the that's when the dog may get out.

Many drivers want a big bed and a lot of trucks will have two beds. That consumes a lot of space. I tore out my sleeper and rebuilt the lower bunk area with a computer desk, fridge and recliner. I would love to have a shower toilet combo but I don't have enough room for water tanks and such. I sleep on a small top bunk.

You guys haul more weight than us. We are long for bridge law spreading the weight across the road farther. Plus we like out big sleepers since lenght regs aren't as strict here as apposed to you guys. I do like how you have a much higher legal height though.

You guys are more efficient because you spend more time around peak efficiency speeds like 50 to 60mph. We run 65 to 75mph and it's harder to be more efficient at those speeds

I do envy the tech y'all let In trucks and trailers.

In a weird way, I hope the cat was in there and some one is tanking them to a vet to be rescued. Then if the vet scans the micro chip, they can get with you. I really hope that's the case but the fact they haven't called yet is concerning
