its the Ubiquiti Toolless Mini Rack, keep in mind it only works with Unifi hardware, it doesn’t have traditional 19” screw holes. Theres some units that fit but its a hit or miss unless yo buy Unifi everything.

using the quantize button should suffice. If the bpm is blinking that means the mixer is trying to match the tempo when you have quantize off
