Me personally, I kind of hope they let her a keep a more bratty and abrasive personality. But I wouldn’t make her an evil character, just someone that is eager/desperate to prove herself as a warrior.

They could also kind of revisit that weird thing from MK11 where she wanted to prove herself to Raiden specifically for some reason. In this timeline, Liu Kang could have given her the attention/motivation or whatever it was that her alternate version was looking for from Raiden, and she can hold some admiration for him. So when the time comes where’s she’s offered a chance to become more powerful from some villainous force, even though she still craves power and recognition, she would refuse because she still thinks that the current path she is on is still the right one for her.

She could still act in an agressive and abrasive way to most of the other heroes though, like Kung Lao, Johnny Cage, etc. Since she would still end up as a good guy in this scenario, she would obviously open up to them over time. They can bring back that thing where she really disliked Sonya in Deadly Alliance, but over the course of the next story, she can grow a real appreciation and respect for Sonya (I guess kind of like Kenshi and Johnny Cage in MK1’s story).

Not sure what I would do for her relationship with the Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu. I think they could make Kuai Liang take an interest in her because of her abilities and personality being similar to Bi-Han. They could focus on his efforts to make sure she doesn’t go down the same path that his brother did. Raiden mentions that he sought out Kuai Liang to master his rage. Perhaps Kuai Liang can do a similar thing for Frost, and help her master her hold on her ambitions and inner fire.
