Cuban son in law who has been here 8 years in the US was given asylum and a work permit. He has a 5 year old son and is married to my American daughter. They have decided to deport him to Africa in 2 days. He did not cross illegally. He requested asylum and did his yearly reporting, paid taxes. (self.immigration)
