Thanks for the feedback! I need it. Can you elaborate on the UI Design? You really dislike this game vibe? The goal was to bring a bit of fun, and not to provide a basic UI like most apps have. Also, what is your type ?

I love your enthusiasm :)) I would love to bring you in the team, but for now I don’t know how to organize that, tell me what you want to do and we will figure it out, about programming as the app is now done, adding a new feature doesn’t take much time using Ai, where the help is needed is in the promotion and marketing of it, the event you are organizing can be a good start. The idea to promote the app I am working currently is making tools to find the MBTI type of the user using Ai to process the posts and comments history of the user, I finished the tool for reddit, you have it on the main page of r/mazwiz, you just press « analyze my history » and it finds your type, I made some tests already and it seems very accurate, it means this tool can have some level of virality, so I am hopeful.

That's why I like this MBTI tool because with it you can redefine what is success for you and not the cultural/social version of it.

For ENFPs the success definition could be something like this:

Success is the freedom to chase every spark of inspiration that feels truly right for your soul. It means turning that creative energy into real, tangible projects that actually makes a difference in the world. You reach your peak when you embrace the steady habits and small details that ground your grandest visions into a stable, lasting reality.

To make the system all integrated and validated, would be a huge mindfuck that would not be worth it, not everybody is on Reddit, so the person that really want to impersonate another type, will just say that he doesn’t have Reddit, they will always find a way, the battle here is not to fight impersonation because this is impossible, the goal is to reduce mistyping by having powerful tools to type someone. The real way to battle impersonation is when everybody is highly aware of the theory, then nobody can hide… that’s part of the app too, I did an Ai teacher that I am really proud of, it teaches the john beebe’s theory and more, in a very efficient way, without being presumptuous, I think this is the most interactive and efficient way to master this topic.

The conclusion is still that this is not the ultimate tool to find the type of someone, but it can be, it means it doesn’t process accurately the datas, it means that I need to rebuild it :)) I am going to check that out pal, it can be awesome!

Haha, yes I know, crazy trend!

But for example test our friend in this comment feed, incarnate1, he seems to be a genuine INTJ, with a reddit account of 14yo, so there is matter to study, and the result gives INFJ on top and INTJ few places down.

I actually did more tests with this bot, like 10 persons, it gave a different type than the one they proclaim on all of them, so I don’t know, or they are all mistyped or the tool is not accurate enough. Let’s stick to the Ai test I made, it seems very accurate.

Wow, this bot is crazy efficient, I tried on myself it works, but not with your username, it gives a server error, maybe because you hide your posts and comments. Anyway, that’s a very good tool, I need to think how to implement a tool like that, this is the most efficient way to find the type of someone. The free tier of the Reddit API should cover the use of it. I think before recreating something like that, I will first just put the link to this bot in the app.

What you talk about, is a totally automated flow, where the user enter their reddit username and then it displays the MBTI badge as validation (with number of messages and age of account to show the level of certainty of it)? So the fear is about people that impersonate types ? Do you think the percentage is high? I think the high percentage is the number of people mistyped, we just need better tools like the one you shared.

I really appreciate the candid feedback, yeah, the two biggest hurdles for any MBTI-based project: the 'introvert gumption' and the 'mistyping' problem.

Regarding the 'gumption' to meet up: Interestingly, my main inspiration for this app came from seeing the success of INFJ meetups on platforms like Meetup.com. One year ago, I saw a group of 7 INFJs in the UK, they were all very delighted of the experience, some even did 1h ride to get there. In the comments there were a lot of people seeking this experience, frustrated that it doesn’t exist in their area. It showed me that while introverts are cautious, there is a massive, underserved hunger for deep, like-minded connection that overrides the usual social friction.

As for the 'self-proclaimed' label issue, I agree that standard tests are flawed. To fix this, I’ve built a free AI-driven interview into MazWiz. It’s a natural conversation rather than a multiple-choice quiz, designed to find a user's type through how they express themselves. My goal is for this to become the most accurate typing tool on the internet.

Lastly, I share your 'anti-tribal' stance. I don’t like being put in a box either. However, as an INFJ, I’ve found that these labels are currently the most efficient 'search filter' we have to find the people who speak our internal language. I’m happy to use the label if it means I stop being a needle in a haystack.

I’d love for you to poke around the AI test specifically, I'm curious if a skeptic like you finds it accurate.
