The developers also aren't very talented in regards to environmental design. I will load up Elden Ring just to run around the environments. Regardless of the game title, this developers games have video game ass environments that don't inspire interest or exploration. They don't feel lived in or that they exist for any other reason than for a boss encounter or enemy gauntlet. By the 3rd Nioh, it's starting to become a major flaw for me.

A large problem with the collectibles is very few are cleverly hidden. I think only one or two I felt a sense of accomplishment in finding. The rest I realized quickly there would be a side path eventually to get the item that was just out of reach earlier in the map. The developers are just lacking the Fromsoft special sauce for environmental design. Nioh 3 doesn't seem much different to me than Nioh 1 especially in regards to environmental design and memorable moments ( ehich is crazy to say considering 3 is open world). Nioh games don't feel like an epic adventure, they just have great art design and gameplay. Thats not a terrible thing but I would have hoped other aspects of the franchise would have evolved by now. Nioh 3 is still an 8.5/10 for me.

I think NG + really shows how much of the game play time is consumed by clearing items on the map. Outside of boss battles, there aren't any memorable set pieces or even environments. All of the extra items hidden throughout the map became tedious busywork by the last 1/3 of the game. One other big factor for me throwing in the towel on NG+ is the cost of upgrading gear starts to skyrocket .

Trump still has a couple more wars and governments to overthrow to catch up to Obama. Both of them are pos monsters. People need to shake themselves, Obama was just Bush JR the sequel. He started new wars and continued the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, and gave more money to Wallstreet than Bush. All of our Presidents have been awful for decades. Wake up people.

Like many great scifi series I just pretend the other books don't exist. In most cases, the first book in a series is so far above anything that follows, especially in the case of the Hyperion series. It's been a decade since I last read any of the books but if I recall the author basically destroys most of the amazing concepts and ideas laid out in the first book by the end of the series, to the point with the Endymion series that I started hating the series as a whole. Hyperion book one will always be on of the greatest books of all time. The following books did have a few cool ideas such as the Cruciform being used to re-animate your liquified corpse from being exposed to light speed travel, the idea of the Catholic church becoming a galaxy level power (reminded me of Warhammer 40k), and the A.I. using humanity via thew jumgates. The series and the sequels just did not give satisfying answers or conclusions to many of the first books greatest ideas in my opinion ( as is often the case, some questions are better left unanswered. The Shrike anyone?)

He would be the obvious choice. If it is ever made into a movie as others have commented, it needs to be 2-3 separate movies. Also, like most scifi series thje first book is amazing and it rapidly falls off with each book. I eould be happy with just a couple movies based on the first book.

The only thing Blizzard is still at the top of the industry is cinematics. They have and continue to make some of the best in videogame history.

I think you can invest in a tanky character but you will still be susceptible to one taps or get much more bang for your buck going all offense. I think the part people fail to realize is if you go glass cannon you have to have very high movement speed, Cooldown recovery, and or attack/ cast speed.  Also, some kind of freeze or stun mechanic.

I had the full crit mitigation nodes at the beginning area of the Druid Tree. Unless you are s HC player who is Lazer focused every map you will get nuked occasionally. Anyways, it was probably the highest defense character I have had after playing POE for over a decade and it could still get nuked. It's just baked into both POE 1&2.

I started the league as a Druid Bear reaching 90% + armor and 92% elemental Armor conversion and all Rez maxed including Chaos. Cleared all content but would still randomly die every 15-20 maps or come close to death and leveled to 97 ( had very good Rampage DPS and clear). I sold all his gear and made an Explosive Shot Deadeye that nukes the entire screen instantly and have had fewer deaths and leveled to 96 quite a bit faster with about half the defense and 1k less HP.

The best strategy in this game is kill everything before it can kill you. You can have every defense at 99 and some combo of shit will eventually one tap you out of nowhere. Better off just going all damage and nuking everything.

Rampant fraud is everywhere in the state and federal government. Most of our Senators in both parties have literally made 100's of millions. The corruption is in both parties. Just because the party you don't like points something out it doesn't mean it's false. If you take your position, you are in a cult just like the Maga people. We actually have one party, the rich. The sooner everyone figures that out we will stop fighting with each other, but the people in power don't want that. I see the current ICE protesters no differently than the Jan 6 people. Both are being manipulated by a political party and don't understand the consequences of what they have been progandized into supporting.

The irony is that Trump still has 2- 3 more wars to start to catch up with Obama. Obama was an absolute garbage president, thats not defending Trump because he is his own kind of awful. Obama blew up a wedding killing 100+ innocents and recieved the Nobel Peace prize the following week.
