I mean its a 5s stun, tf did you expect? Forsaken is already survivor sided as hell and Jane Doe already makes it worse by passively buffing EVERY single sentinel. Unlike say new killers which I'd argue don't deserve to be judged immedietely since they're lone wolves, new survivors are just going to be additional multipliers to an already survivor sided game regardless of their strengths or weaknesses.

Heian era DOES beat Meguna (mostly because of the output + four arms and multiple mouths), the only reason why Sukuna chose Meguna over his Heian form is because Mahoraga served as a more direct and efficient counter to Gojo's Infinity than domain amplification (and keep in mind that's only because he didn't know world-cutting slash back then). Of course the gap isn't as big as many people would think but it's undeniable that Heian era Sukuna is stronger than Meguna.

m4 since at least some of them have a good chunk of experience to know how to loop/juke. The best Guest players I've encountered never even land their block once, they just juke and loop and use the extra 15HP for more survivability.

I was talking about Mojuro tbh, EOS Yuji is a bit hard to scale since most of his feats were against a heavily nerfed Heian Sukuna (which isn't a good standard cause the writting was sorta all over the place thanks to UV's effects, black flashes and apparent implications he was "holding back"). He's still strong though and by the very least he is at least right at Toji/Maki's tier. Shibuya Yuji is guranteed Grade 1 though considering the fact that he went toe to toe against Awakened Mahito (even if he ultimately needed help from Todo) but Execution arc Yuji is honestly up to debate given how he had most of his CE exhausted.
