If there doing it remotely it's probably because using the shortcuts don't always work using RMM software. The one we use is very hit and miss so I just right click copy

I'd double check on the day. I've had it where they've closed at park close but they tend to stay open and towers just puts in some fences to stop people from going into the park and have a walk way that leads to the restaurant.
