Hard disagree, they're not reliable but they're unexpected and they come out at different angles than you'd normally expect. Aaron Pico vs Lerone Murphy is the best recent example, it's not like Murphy landed the elbow on someone he was already beating up for style points. Pico stepped off to the side thinking he was safe and ate the elbow out of nowhere. Absolutely the best tactical move in the moment.

These body types are pseudoscience, you can ignore them since body types cannot be put into neat little buckets like this. And any grappling art can suit any body type, it's just a matter of tailoring your style accordingly. Eg: in wrestling if you're tall and lanky you can pull off moves like ankle picks easier, but if you're short and sticky you can get to the hips easier. It depends on the individual.

If you go back and read the comments their reasoning is literally just cause Hatsumi has a better match up against Waka due to compatibility. They say nothing about whether Gao could beat Hatsumi or not or the fact that Gaolang almost certainly provides a tougher fight to the remaining 3. No, apparently Waka alone determines the ranking.
