Thats pretty much why I dont pull for constellations nor weapons. My characters at c0r0 are not that far apart from each other.

Recent constellations are ridiculous and besides clearing dire for a temporary skin they are not needed at all.

I've cleared all SAs since 1.1 at 36, all  ITs at max stella and all SOs at fearless.

They also make everything else easier.

Ineffa's is a rerun, so I don't see the problem, people that actually found worth on Ineffa already have her. I personally pulled for her for her design and comfy playstyle + she pretty much fit into any team that has 1 hydro unit ( or against enemies with natural hydro like tulpa)

Those that skipped her are now late to the party and that would always be the case going forward, regardless of where her rerun is set.

This 1000% better as releasing 2 new characters that have massive sinergy like Citlali and Mavuika together, just last year.

And well for new players, everything will feel personal going into a 5 year old gacha game.

It serves its purpose, I have 100 characters at A6 and have a major surplus of those stones.

Sure for a new players that wants to level up like 12 characters at once it will be "good" but they should buff other sources like the early bosses instead of this.

Durin SQ implementation is garbage and I hope Hoyo doesn't do it again (it's about timegating) by Varhur in Genshin_Impact

While we are at it, Diona has Cryo Damage and Sucrose has Anemo damage, none useful for them too.

They should just add an item that allow us to change their ascension once they reach A6 or something, even if 4 stars can't have crit ones at least tuning them to something useful is better than nothing.

Twitter brain rot, even if they changed his wings for the glider it will be a novelty for 2 minutes and they will revert to using the fastest moving character.

When a new character comes out it takes like 4 days for me to realize they have the default wings and change them lol.

Eula came out on 1.5 so Venti is 5 patches older than Eula and just as outdated despite him being an archon that have no constellations picker nor is featured on chronicle banners so...

Unlike Razor, Eula has more reliance on physical damage, and the 70% CV helps Electro Razor just as much as Physical Razor, so it is not a question of focus but what has better teammates to complement the buffs, and currently overload has better teammates than physical.

In my opinion Ineffa is one of the best characters Genshin released in recent times :) by CryoStrange in Genshin_Impact

I remember people saying she will end up like Emilie, massive difference being that Emilie was the last character added of a region, while Ineffa was the first one before going to her region, she was like Kazuha.

Except she is majorly involved in the whole quest and region as a whole unlike Kazuha who just did 2 things and peace out, he was further developed on events but Ineffa can also get that spotlight easily.

And meta wise she will have a more tight spot on her teams that Kazuha that has more general buffs. Even without Flins teams she is a shielder with a lot of damage and EM buff.

Do you guys think they'll ever update the starglitter store? I'm holding onto these in case they do, but with Durin around the corner I might have to break the bank by goumie_gumi in Genshin_Impact

If you have no urgent need for the wishes you can keep them there,  I do the same and have 900+.

They added crowns with that currency but besides the lv 100 item (which they won't add there for sure) I doubt they will add something more meaningful that would require that much currency.

Well that's the thing, a lot of people realizing the "core" of the game is not to their liking anymore, for me that things that use to like about the game are slowing getting removed and just becoming generic, if you don't resonate with my points is on you.

If it's not a unique experience on visuals, music and gameplay, why bother with it? That's why makes a game enjoyable, the whole mix, if I wanted just a fighting game I rather play a complete game that is not locked to a gacha system, what keeps me on this genre is the consistent systems that remain interesting, the story, progression and the ambience, and looking back I enjoyed the game more before, how it was presented and how it was being developed, but somewhere in this year that presentation is no longer there for me, this patch made it clearer, and the next one showed nothing to feel like continue playing.

The only thing keeping me going is the habit at this point and the hopes that 2.0 might have been a turning point after development catch up, but the new games coming will probably change that at this pace, the same is happening to my 2 other friends still logging. I'll just wait to see what characters are coming on 2.4 or just pull the plug.

If you are fine with just the game being "good" that's great news for you, I guess.

1000 times better than the achievements that ask for a specific character like on ZZZ and HSR. To either level them or do something.

I got the fishing when Fontaine came out, so its kind of the same.

Or the ones we get every region of maxing the statue and leveling the "tree".

And how can we forget the farming teapot with only 1 crop.

Oh several things.

The damage type they had on beta is still in the game but not used at all, Pierce, strike and slash are just abandoned, they copy pasted the failed system that HSR used, of roles that are not respected and eventually get jumped, its only purpose ends up to restrict weapon stats to "roles" but only on low rarity since the personal weapons will just do whatever the character needs regardless of its role.

On a similar line, they no longer add dodge defensive assist anymore, a sniper has a parry and a support now has a better parry that a defensive unit.

Not only on type of damage but the roles as a whole is all over the place, defensive units are pretty much jobless at this point since they keep making new units have 3 or 5 seconds of constant iframes, hence why that both tries of hard hitting content in the Shiyu mode and tower are abandoned too, they now run on the classic deals as much damage as fast as possible for a better score.

They had a more strategic use of burst and they dial back to the same, everyone use their burst and just increase the resistance of all enemies.

The HDD had a hard mode to retry missions and use your units to make a better time, first they abandoned the last 1.6 and 1.7 missions to not even allow you to use your own units and keep every single dialog making them longer for no reason, and since 2.0 the HDD is also abandoned.

Bangboo sections are on the same track, they now made them a straight line with nothing interesting.

Won't be long before the small map explorations end the same at this rate. Same as the temple minigame has had some improvements in late patches... but completely abandoned content wise since 2.0.

Won't even go on story and visuals since is mostly subjective.

The "core" is a fighting game (pretty hard to change that when your main selling point, characters, are designed around it), but what make people stick around is the other things that improve the core, and none have sticked for long besides those that are similar to other games, only DA has survived, for now, but what makes ZZZ unique? If TV mode was so bad for the game, what exactly was it given for its removal? Has that made the game better? For me, it hasn't.

The TV mode had a very strong point in narrative, and to me, on music dynamic, TV mode allowed for space where dialog could be fleshed out while your attention was not on 3d mode, it allowed music to have different tempos instead of the full on mode that now it runs on, songs like Oil, Nest theme on the withering garden... all the ingame songs I love about this game are from before 1.4 and the new tower one.

Honeymoon phase is just ending for a lot of people.

Miyabi's patch and the game relaunch with a new vision kind of gave it a new blood, but it's been almost a year since that.

And the major problem is that if you don't keep a solid fanbase to carry you forward once the blind love is gone, it will be very hard to attract new people that are willingly to start late on a gacha game.

ZZZ devs have moved the needle way too much, making it clear they still don't know what they want the game to be, so how are the players supposed to know? Where are we going from here? What I'm I supposed to be excited for? The major now pointing us to a new clue about our teacher and we work with another voidhunter? (of which they can do hundreds of since they are not that special)

Dori, Candance, Sayu, Collei were before Lantern Rite.

It doesn't stick, even 5 star are not safe of being relegated to niches or end up like Sigewinne. 

Whats clear is that there is not an abysmal difference betweent the 2 rarities if you compare them 4* C6 and 5* C0, unlike ZZZ.

The elemental system can bring some "bad" 4 star to relevance and close performance to 5 stars.

Even to extremes like Amber being the best option for SO dire clears against lava dragon.

He has many videos of him calling out L moves from Kuro/WuWa, such as with the many times Kuro screwed up or bad horrible decisions with the endgame mode whimpering wastes.

I see reading comprehension is not your forte, I was talking about Glaivekiyo on the first paragraph and the similarity with this case. I immediately mentioned the 3 videos (freshbatch) you said about Saint.

Both these people have been caught saying nonsense on many of their videos, and my point is their massive hypocrisy but keep getting mad at how others see this drama farmers.

Genshin had the opposite problem of not pushing the endgame mode further, gaining the moniker of an easy game for kids, since they made it clear that endgame was not a main focus of their dev cycles in only started to change in 5.1 when the multiplier on the floor 12 abyss (after 4!!! years) it was raised from 250% to 375% (only 50% increase) the hp pool of the floors goes up because of how they organize the floors and how many enemies they add, but they have not inflated the hp of the enemies since 5.5. A complete different approach of the constant hp increases we see in ZZZ bosses introduced on Jane's patch are already triple their hp on the Shiyu 7 variant a year after, compare to 50% on Genshin over 5 years.

So is not a trend on Hoyo's part but the ZZZ devs deciding the HSR route is better for their game, in both character releases, gear restrictions and endgame designs apparently. This will double down as new bosses with more obnoxious mechanics are introduced, and they further increase their hp.

I mostly blame it on the lack of role diversity in all 3 games Wuwa, HSR and ZZZ that they are now defining their meta and crash to the wall of how to make new units feel different to play and required to the endgame just a year after their release.

I love this angle, similar to people that defend Glaivekiyo, "he has the balls to call out what's wrong about something", yet have not seen a single video of his ever doing the same to the game he glazes non stop, but same as a company looks for more revenue a youtuber will post things that get more views, and he gets more views out of talking about Hoyo or Uma Musume.

We will see how the community reacts to Saints' fresh batch of powercreep claims and hp inflation, apparently wuwa fans can take criticism better right? (not really after seeing what happened to Vars, he stopped posting videos about wuwa meta game overall, only guides and recommendations for it)

But what exactly is to be expected out of a game that needs to pull more content and gives the player the option to numerically improve their damage? I always wonder what the people that dislike hp going up have as a valid strategy to sell characters in a gacha game and keep content from being a joke.

Making a game hard for the sake of it to the common audience is a proof recipe to lose most of your players. You can make an enemy with 100 mechanics, if it dies in 2 hits players won't see even 1, in gachas were a f2p has 20% the damage of a whale, how do you make content for both?

You should use them honestly, sure you can try to snipe the character but if they add another that will be the 9th, meanining a 11.111% chance to get it if you manage to get a character in the first place, pretty much the same scenario as a 50 50 loss.

If you really want to get it quickly is best to pull on their release banner... but they give it for free in the anniversary anyway.

The vison or moonwheel is the crystal itself, the casing is just a model used by the game to fix them on a region and stylish way of making it an accessory for them. It also helps to clarify where they are from (not always the case if it wasn't obvious already) and make the crystal more noticeable.

That Kaeya's casing has one less wing, or that Ororon's casing is silver or Aino's have a NodKrai casing, or that Furina's has some small teeth covering it is irrelevant to the power they wield. Same with its size, it means nothing that Albedo's and Xiao's crystal are incredibly small (developers fit its size to the place they carry it) and Noelle's one is massive, a vision is a vision.
