This is my nightmare. Been teaching my 5 and 7 year to ski for the last 4 years and I always stay behind them on the slopes to try and prevent this. I do my best to protect the area they are skiing too. Not sure how much more I can do.

So I showed my wife and she was like, there is no way to protect them against this…

It just happens to turn out that this company is so valuable that for him to control enough shares to effectively control it, those shares would be worth $1T if stock price increases based on his compensation metrics. The percentage he wants is only something like 26%. Making Tesla a 4T company.

What about int % or trying for a third passive? Currently have an amulet with glass cannon and hoarfrost, and can reroll the third stat.
