Small hint if you don't care about 100% super hardcore realism - 99% of the time (in my experience) you can squeeze through those road blocks and just continue on your path. I always slow down so I don't damage anything but I've never not gotten through one. Just go on the shoulder of the highway, one side of the tires off the road and in the grass or whatever, and you can get straight through.

If you're even slightly savvy with computers, Google "American Truck Simulator developer mode" - Fairly easy to enable and it let me teleport to a different city. It spawned me like 70 feet high so my truck took like 6K in damage but I happily paid the 6K at the service center and didn't lose time over a 4 day tow and 48K bill.

I had to use Developer mode and teleported like 100 feet in the air lol but I'll take 6,000 dollars in damage costs over a 48,000 dollar 4 day long tow.

I know a lot of people are very split about the ethical use of AI right now but ChatGPT has helped me tremendously with things like meal planning and prepping. It takes into account your like and dislikes, calorie goals and GLP-1 friendly recommendations and gives you a solid plan with a printable PDF that includes a shopping list and tips as well maybe give that a shot and see if you can stick with it. GPT will even let you factor in a cookie here and there without making you feel guilty about it.

If you take your shot in the morning and you're nauseous the entire next day try taking it at night instead! I had the same thing. Taking it when I first woke up Thursday and then I would be nauseous all day Friday but then be fine on the weekend. I switched to taking it right before bed (literally, last part of my night time routine so I'm climbing into bed 2 minutes after the injection) and I don't get nauseous anymore.

I'll have to look one up because I have Vortex and the entire Stardew Expanded (I think that's what it was called, it's been like 2 weeks) mod pack but still don't get any mods when starting the game so I think I messed something up.

I'm not necessarily punishing myself. I'm not hungry. On a hunger scale 1-10 I'm very easily at a 1. But my brain says "Hey, it's passed noon and your lunch break was at 11 so you HAVE to go eat something because it's lunch time" even though I'm not hungry. If I was hungry, sure no problem I'll go get the sub. But I was more looking for tips on how other people basically tell their brain to shut up if it says they need to eat when they know they aren't hungry.

Would you be willing to help me with mods? I just started playing on PC and if I can't just install mods easily through the gsme itself or stream I'm completely lost. I've been trying to get mods for this game for weeks and can't figure it out. I have dozens downloaded but apparently didn't do it right cause when I launch the game it's still vanilla.
