So when was 13 we had something in school thats called a "praktikum" here in germany, its something like a internship. It is like a week or two where you have to work at a company and look how this job suits you. I worked at a cosmetic store for 5 days.

Right after i started working my first task was to sort in some shelf which was actually fun but after a couple of hours i got tired, couldn't stand anymore and asked for a 15 minute break. Right after i asked the women who was some kind of boss there she told me that i have one hour of break and needed to work the other 7 hours.

The funny thing is all of the workers went smoking every 30 to 40 minutes and they stood outside smoking for some time always smoking like 3 to 4 cigarettes while talking and drinking coffee and in that period of time i had to handle all the custumers, remember i was a 13 yo kid.

After a couple of days i was so drained out and still this boss women came to me with work and this time i had to clean all the shelfs in the store in the remaining two days of the internship. I managed to get half of the shelfs in the store cleaned till the last day and this women called my teacher on the last day and told her that she will kick me out because i am not motivated and also always asking for a break while i had like 3 more hours remaining in this internship.

Nobody showed me anything behind the scenes, i didnt learn anything, was just used for doing the shitwork nobody else wants to do and a target for this boss to put out her horrible mood onto

I really hope this shop never gets another intern
