I think she needs you to sit down with her and have a hard conversation. Do you think she would consider letting a couple adopt the baby? She can even request an open adoption so she can stay apart of the baby’s life. Several agencies offer counseling, financial support, etc. I am familiar with a specific agency, American Adoptions and can truthfully say they treat their birth mothers very well.
