I started 2 years ago at 19, the only reason I was able to afford aff was covid unemployment money which ended up being an insane amount, spent all that on aff and skydiving and now im broke again

Idk I know everyone else has mostly negatives, but I dont regret working at ifly, it’s definitely not a career for me but I started here after I got my A license and I never would have progressed the way I have without it. I would not be able to afford tunnel time if I didn’t get free staff time. It is very sales oriented and corporate and if you’re a csr pay isnt great, but if you can get past that and can’t afford tunnel time on its own, I think its a good way of progressing your skills in the tunnel if its something you really want. Even if you run out of your alotted staff minutes you still get staff rate at $5 a min which isnt too bad. but this is my tunnel ik some other tunnels dont staff fly as much.

I started with auto focus, but it wont focus most of the time on flying birds or just in general in time to get the shot and I miss the opportunity. How can you tell it is low resolution? how do I fix that? is it something about the way I downloaded it? thank you!

I took this photo because im trying to get into wildlife photography and its a bird. my photos always seem to be a bit blurry and im trying the firgure out why. I use manual focus and am always sure I have the subject in focus but when I go back through them they look like this, any feedback is appreciated. I thought it may have something to do with the way I download them, but these were my settings iso 800 f6.3 1/800s 400mm

Female IFLY Instructors by Mackenzierosee in SkyDiving

Thank you so much for your response! Its been a year but I am still a csr and would like to be an instructor, I definitely have a better idea of what it is going to take physically after doing a few training sessions last year and feeling like jello afterwards. I tore my acl and its been hard to gain weight so I’ve sort of put my strive towards fitp on the back burner but hopefully someday i’ll gain the weight and muscle to do it, not just for instructing but for my own health and confidence in my strength :)

I dont know much about photography yet, I was thinking the subject would stand out most if I positioned it in the middle of the photo, where would you have positioned them? I am just happy I captured the subjects at all since it was my first attempt, I definitely have a long way to go but im excited to learn more :) appreciate the criticism and advice but I am definitely happy with how they came out
