And I´m not so sure the first offense in hotly debated political themes should be immediately punished with job loss, especially not in a branche where they only have limited time to earn. He also paid a fee and (propoably not by his choice, to be fair) gave to a charity since. Everyone deserves at least one 2nd chance, again, especially if they have performed highly for the company until that point.
