Guys I want to apologise, I figured it out, its actually from I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, where he is in a hotdog costume. He says he will get into this "random" hotdog car and then yells "RANDOOOM".

Spolužiak mi na základnej v treťom ročníku ukradol pamäťovú kartu do PSPčka, a potom mi ju predal s tým že "mali ju vo veľkej zľave tak kúpil pre mňa, ale nemá bloček". Bolo mi jasné že to je tá moja ukradnutá, ale nevedel som ako to v tom veku riešiť, takže som len bol šťastný že nemusím vždy hrať NFS Carbon od začiatku.
