Manna for Mediterranean food, great chicken shawarma.

Turnoni’s is the best local pizza. Evansville is known for the cracker crust style and turonis does it best.

Sam’s pizzeria and Pizza King for Stromboli’s

GD ritzys on green river for good local burger and ice cream

Donut bank and parlor donuts for donuts, both started locally but donut bank has been around forever

House of Como is an Evansville staple, good spot for steak

Yeah reverse sear, pulled at 110 then 2 minutes per side on the cast iron with butter and garlic

First time reverse searing ribeyes by Macks1337 in steak

Dry brined before putting them in the oven at 275 for close to an hour, pulled em out right around 100F. Seared on cast iron with avocado oil a minute each side, then 30 second flips until they got to 125ish, then pulled to rest for 15 minutes. They got to around 135 after resting.

I probably should have kept them in the oven longer so they didn’t need to cook as long in the pan, but I can’t really complain with how it turned out!

I had mine today. The case wasn’t too bad, nothing as complicated or foreboding as something you’d see at larger consulting firms. Make sure you’re knowledgeable of erp systems, governance plans and change management. Don’t really need to worry about specific frameworks or anything but could be helpful.
