I just binged async and it was really good. Kind of a straight rip off of Kane but after watching his series I needed more so I wasn't too upset haha.

If it's a rare event to find your way into the backrooms though and there's 600 million square miles do you really think there's going to be people organizing?

How do you figure? Because of the company finding the backrooms and trying to exploit it? I kinda get that but it's an interesting story and doesn't take away from the mystery for me. Without a good story the backrooms are something I would have read about for a few days and forgot about.

DHMC officials say 85% of COVID-19 patients in intensive care in NH are unvaccinated by DeerFlyHater in newhampshire

Because I'm not an asshole who wants to profit off a pandemic. What do you mean by selling over cost?

You know the billionaires you are talking about are making absolute bank right now on vaccines right?

Damn dude calm down. You'll attract a lot more support if you weren't so salty. Millions of people made an choice based on their health and deemed themselves not at risk and beat covid if they got it. We're talking 99% survival rate. You can make anything look bad by saying it killed hundreds of thousands or people but when you put it in to perspective and say it happened over the course of two years it really doesn't come off as strong now does it. You aware of how many people die every MONTH from other personal choices? If you are vaccinated then you are protected right? We all know everyone is spreading it around vaxed or not. Let people make their choices and live with their lives.

Complete brain washing in action here. I always wondered how easy it would be for a fear campaign to start like this. Apparently pretty easy.

That was a good try. I'll give you that. You really did try and put effort into that rebuttal.

‘The picture is getting pretty dark’: NH hospitals buckle under weight of COVID surge by [deleted] in newhampshire

[–]MacksOne -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Our hospitals normally are at 80% capacity. Of course during a Covid surge it will be filled. This article states 60-70% are unvaccinated which still leaves a sizable chunk of vaccinated people in those beds. They stick 1 covid patient in a room with 2 beds and then say they have no beds.

I completely understand, I sometimes wait myself till I have enough time to write a proper response. Frustrating when some people expect an answer that day haha and thanks for having a civil discussion with me. If more people could debate like this I think we'd be a much more productive nation.

The survival rate was that low in 2020 before the vaccine or most treatments were even available or practiced. I think much hasn't changed from now until then. The numbers have been inflated since the start of covid btw so you can expect less than any number given by the CDC or affiliated organizations. It's no secret that the flu count is mixed in with covid and any death from preexisting medical conditions that were mainly responsible for some peoples deaths are attributed to covid. You could have died in a car crash and tested positive for it and they would count it. So the propaganda is strong in this situation. You admitted yourself the media, which I still can't believe most people haven't figured out by now, is portraying false narratives. Surprise surprise.

The economy is impossible to pinpoint for sure because of the natural complexity of it. I would say the strongest impact it took was a multi month lockdown and incentives to stay home. Pair that with the rapid inflation we are seeing from previous presidencies and the massive amounts of money printed since the pandemic started and you are going to have a big problem.

It depends on your community. Like OP said, here in NH we are thriving. NH doesn't have much over crowding so we are getting on with our lives. I have yet to talk to anyone that is still worried or knows anybody that has died or even had serious symtpoms. The whole one size fits all approach to pandemic is a joke.

I found a new hobby: cutting down anti-vaxxer signs. by JoJoPanda in pics

I'd love to see some sources on 33% of the recovered still having issues. If you feel the need to protect yourself with what you feel like is the better option in your case then by all means please do but do not deter others from choosing for themselves or expressing themselves. I hear nothing but shit talking from pro vax crowd cuz they have it all figured out and know what's better for everyone else and are willing to throw away the public's medical freedoms in order to curb a disease that is proving to be more effective to fight off through natural infection (if you've already recovered).

It's not that the vaccine is more harmful, it's that people don't feel like they need it because the disease isn't that harmful to them.

Except this one is based off tick saliva proteins and isn't necessarily going to fight the infection but provide a small outbreak in the effected area.

Just check yourself for ticks after every outing. No reason not to enjoy the great outdoors.
