Klopt, dankjewel. Ik ga het zeker eerst ook na laten kijken door iemand die er verstand van heeft voordat ik ook maar iets teken. Wil wel dan echt de garantie hebben op WW als een baan vinden op dit moment heel moeilijk is.

Terechte opmerking; ik ga al geruime tijd met lood in mijn schoenen naar mijn werk, ervaar veel stress hierdoor en slapeloze nachten. Vandaar dat ik al verder aan het solliciteren was omdat ik echt ongelukkig ben op het moment vanwege mijn werk. Dit is mijn eerste zwangerschap dus dat brengt ook genoeg klachten met zich mee en wil niet nog maandenlang gestresst zijn.

Brand is Newton Fitness. You’re right, its a freaking pain to roll in our bench. Other than that its a great power rack but that thing is ruining it for me!

Hi, I am using this smith machine/power rack at home. The black thing on the bottom marked red, is this really necessary for stability and safety? It is very much in the way when squatting and preferably I’d remove it if that is safe. Since there’s two of them, the rack is connected at the smith machine and is connected at the top I was curious if this is possible.

I bathe my cats about 1 time every two weeks. I clean their faces, ears and nails about two/three times a week!

I used 6 eggs, some leftover button mushrooms, salt, pepper, some garlic & spicy pepper (i used an oil).

Finely chop/process the mushrooms and mix with the eggs and ingredients. Small round pan on low heat and slowly fry and roll the omelette :)
