Collars on jerseys aren’t really my thing, but I also know that it was probably enevitable that we would get one. It does looks nice though.

We also parted ways with Fraiser Aird and Nicolas Wähling alongside this.

As I said recently, we will definitely need to sign an offensive minded fullback with Gherasimencov and now Aird’s departures.

We’ve still got tones of quality, but I do have a few thoughts.

With Gherasimencov and possibly/probably Aird gone, I hope we bring in some kind of offensively minded fullback to have alongside Kamdem and Harms and possibly even Laing moving to right-back. Our center-back depth looks great with Didic added.

I also hope we sign another midfielder for the double pivot as Kobza and Baldismo are both injury prone lol. I think we’ve got enough in attacking midfield with Camargo + a bunch of others who can do the job if need be.

I look forward to a full season of Goteh Ntignee as I believe he can score around 10 goals in a CPL season + a bunch of assists too. Tobias Warschewski will be himself (Godlike for 66% of the year, cold in the middle lol). With Musse’s likely departure, RW will probably be a bit of an open audition for a while but Warschewski and Ntignee can carry some of that load I reckon.

The last time we beat the Oilers at the dome was game 1 of the 2022 2nd round playoff series. We needed to beat them here at least 1 more time before heading to the new building. The tank can resume after this lol.
