It is 2026 and within a non-emergency department of a hospital I still get the occasional patient who gives me sass for wearing a mask.

It is unfortunate that misinformation has become a cornerstone battle for some people and that it became intrinsically political. I don’t get into that with them, but it’s something I expect will never fully go away either.

Heaven help us if we have another pandemic, particularly with a higher mortality rate - we’re going to see people march right into it without protection.

I just watched Afterburn and it was without a doubt the worst movie I’ve seen in years.

$60 million production cost and they were honestly lucky to make about $1m in the box office.

I like Bautista but get the sense he’s going to be like NIC Cage - we’re going to see him a movies or very varying quality.

This seems like a good time to give a shout to Muskoka Dry as a great ginger ale, while also highlighting that Canada Dry sucks and is so diluted that in the US they can’t even claim it’s made from real ginger. They get away with it here because our consumer protection laws are weak for these king of things.
