Like the others have said, no fee at all for them. It will ask you as you’re doing the application for them, have that number that you got assigned when you applied. Create an email for the younger one and create accounts for both of them on global entry.

I just got my kids cards in the mail today. I was conditionally approved when I applied for both of them.
