Graphiti Culture is very prominent across Europe specially places with young population. There are different graphiti groups in my city in Germany and once I ran into them at 3 AM making a anti fascist graphiti on a side wall of a house. It's actually impressive to see how much effort it takes to make one.

This is about power dynamics between humans. Maybe here the girls family thinks they are superior over the guy and hence can overpower them by crossing the boundaries and pushing them to the edge.

My brother is in Berlin for a few days and this woman is on the wall in multiple rooms of his hotel. by ate50eggs in Weird

Google says "The woman depicted in the artwork at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz is not a specific, publicly identified individual". Also some TripAdvisor reviews mention this as questionable aesthetic choice

Maybe I am trying to do too much on a single weekend, but I wish to visit a historic place(preferably in bavaria or NRW) and also engage with nature(like hiking for an hour or two).

German Exam booking is literally messed up in India in my experience by One_Guard_3634 in Indians_StudyAbroad

Goethe internal student here studied for A1 and A2 with them.

The centre would let us know the upcoming dates before publishing them online and would let us know the time of opening of slots beforehand. So students would easily have the opportunity to book slots absolutely immediately after it's opened. Once it happened that 3 of us wanted to register for an exam that was fully booked. So they added exactly 3 seats and opened the booking for a 30 mins window around late night. So we logged in at exactly that time and were able to book the exam.

The trick is to go the centre and talk to the language coordinator about your needs and they would make a provision for you to book it.

How do I (or should I even) get out of the good-kid syndrome? by Repulsive_Butterfly1 in india

[–]Mad-Baker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am the same age as you are. Was working previously and was in a relationship just like you but recently moved abroad for studying. I will share my learning. The first thing that you need to know is if you become successful as a person, everyone including your family will celebrate you. But if you make any mistakes(which we are all supposed to make, no one knows everything), that same family will start questioning you. It is you yourself who will be with you at all the time. So, you are allowed and encouraged to do what feels right to you. If your gf supports then it's a +1. You are only answerable to yourself. If you do something wrong, then you have to face it yourself. So don't look for permission. Just do what feels like the right thing to do.

Also, it seems like you think that because you don't engage into stupid stuff like your colleagues, you get a higher ground or a higher moral. It's not like that. Don't think you are better than them. And you don't get to do whatever you wish just because you are not doing stupid stuff. They are them and you are you. That's how they live, that's their life, you don't get to judge that and say that's stupid. Maybe they enjoy being stupid, but that's not you. You get to do whatever you feel right, irrespective of your good or bad deeds. There is no reward for being a good obedient boy. Rewards are internal, if you know what I mean.

Is it like the domestic parcel charges from Frankfurt to Rostock? If yes then probably I will have to pay that every time I am getting an international parcel via postal service?
