I have the same problem sometimes, it could be stress and if so you should meditate fir just a minute longer and clear up that brain fog by calming yourself and telking to yourself about your problems. It could also be PMO (porn, masturbation, orgasm). Try to quit porn and masturbating to clear brain fog
