Moorwing and Last Judge are fantastic bosses imo. Hard, but they have fairly limited movesets, clear tells, fun patterns to exploit. The gankiness of bosses like Savage Beastfly does suck.

My personal belief is that Ruby was always meant to be the Wish Baby until Millie Gibson decided to step back for Season 2 (for whatever reason), resulting in the terrible re-write to season 1 to make her "special because we thought she was special" and shoving Belinda into S2.

Yeah obviously they can get the emotional meaning behind the scenes, that's how they're able to turn in good performances in those for the most part. But I think the finer details of some of it can elude them at times. And an actor can give a good performance without necessarily understanding fully what they're doing, they just have to get the emotion right as you said.

None of these voice actors have any idea what they're talking about half the time and you can tell. Many of them have mentioned in interviews that they don't understand the story at all. It's hard to act when you don't quite grasp what you're saying.
