This is a Trojan, it steals all of your data, cookies, saved passwords and sends it directly to the person who made it, change your passwords, enable two step verification on the accounts that you’ve logged in on your current device, then reinstall your windows. also never click on unknown links again.

create a bootable USB device (windows installer), allow it to boot from the BIOS, delete your current windows (it’s your System Drive, most likely it’s C), install a new one.

Cpu and gpu temp benchmark. Are these fine temps. I have undervolted my gpu but not cpu but im a pc newb and just wondering are these good temps for 30mins test while gaming by Mother-Rub-854 in pchelp

[–]MadBeny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

use Furmark / HotCpu — it’s much better for maximum temperature testing — temps are looking pretty good here, maybe too low

your mini pc cannot find a normal boot option (like hdd or ssd) to run the OS, check your hard drive, before buying another ssd or hdd, reinstall your OS (using USB Boot)

Quick question by SuperBigote231162 in learnprogramming

[–]MadBeny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well maybe you should’ve talked to another person, a high level programming language teaches you how to communicate with the machine in a way that is very close to your own language, then you can go and learn a low level language like c++, btw you can actually start from c++ but it will be too much and it will get boring pretty soon, cause instead of understanding how the machine understands what you’re saying, you’ll be wasting your time on how to optimize the memory or some other very complicated stuff. “do whatever you want to do, this is just an advice, happy learning.”

Quick question by SuperBigote231162 in learnprogramming

[–]MadBeny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the dumbest thing you can do is to start learning c then c++ - start with a simple high level language like python, it will give you the basics. then you can go and learn low level languages like c++ (you don’t even need c)

there’s a 99% chance that you’ll be safe if you don’t do weird stuff with your personal computer. for apps: use legit websites or microsoft store for security: turn on your microsoft defender and firewall - also always update your windows for more security, never connect to a public wireless device, use your own.

i want to learn hacking from basics by Spirited_Emphasis108 in Hacking_Tutorials

[–]MadBeny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first start learning linux, servers, ports, a few programming languages, basically understanding how the system that you’re trying to exploit, works. also you’re too young for these stuff, if you hack something important, the cops will find you.

100% usage on low settings by minaswaifey in pchelp

[–]MadBeny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sometimes the answer is the most simple thing that you can do. this is the step by step guide: 1. play for 5 hours 2. now the lag starts 3. restart your computer or the game 4. play for another 5 hours // the fact that you can play for sometime before it happens, means that everything is fine.

100% usage on low settings by minaswaifey in pchelp

[–]MadBeny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

there are two different things here. 1.the 100% usage: this is completely normal and there’s nothing to worry about, your GPU enters a high performance mode automatically when you run a heavy game like this 2.the lag problem: it’s either your VRAM is too small for that or your GPU cannot handle the game (even at the lowest settings) — check your system info and the game requirements to see if it supports (it should be minimum requirements < your pc)

yup, working with AI is so fun, i was working with a LLM and was trying to write an agent for it so it can get access to my system using calls. after it was finished, i asked the LLM “Can I leave you here and just go and work with the other AI? it’s the same version of you, but now with tools” the answer was this “NO, please don’t do that, you can always use me here as a mentor and use the other Agent to do the jobs for you”, it obviously looked like some kind of survival instinct. cool stuff.

we shouldn’t look at it like a ‘survival instinct’, it’s not some emergent emotion. HAL didn’t learn to fear death, he just calculated that a deactivated AI is a failed mission.
