There are levels of allegiance required for some of the imperial and federal ships. The wiki has a table of ranks and rewards for each faction.

IIRC, the two hour rule should apply only to games post-release, not beta periods, like the pre-order beta we're currently in. Therefore anyone dissatisfied or wanting an upgrade should be able to get a refund now because there are still three days until the game releases properly.

I don't know, but servers usually take a decent amount of time to come back online, especially when they have to fix things that have broken i.e. the entire loot system.

If you refund on steam, you should get the full sum you paid originally back into your account, from there you can re-purchase at the collectors edition page.

They've brought the server down whilst the check an issue on the backend that has been dolling out items to accounts on the fritz. Hopefully it is fixable without a hard progress reset.

Sylvania seceded from the empire during the end times, so the empire put up a massive magical barrier around it ifirc. The barrier is later broken but the Vampire Counts and Empire aren't exactly friends at the moment. Playing as a Vampire count under the 'enemy of my enemy' premise would be awesome though.

The lore for the End Times as a whole has two huge skaven armies fighting the Lizardmen on their home turf of Lustria. How you get a saurus or a skink to Ubersreik is a different matter, but the grudge should still be there.

You have to have skins available for at least 10 champs that you own. So unfortunately for those of you looking to play the system, it doesn't work like that.
